New Clinker Cooler and Kiln installed
A new clinker cooler and kiln was installed during a regular plant shutdown for a cement plant in Ontario. Due to the short shutdown time, much of the work had to be done while the kiln was in operation. In order to make this project a success, constructability isseus were incorporated into the final design. Consultec responsible for mechanical, structural and electrical design. |

Consultec celebrates 30th Anniversary
On September 29th of 2005, Consultec celebrated its 30th Anniversary with clients at a reception held at the Boulevard Club in Toronto, Ontario. Some employees have been with the firm for 25 years – an expression of both loyalty and an effective teamwork approach.
